Murray J. Wood is the Founder and President of Woodside Investments Corp., a real estate investment and development firm established in 1994. Murray began his career structuring joint venture holdings that led to a series of successful acquisitions, repositionings, and residential developments across Southern Ontario. Over the past 30 years, he has built a strong track record of identifying undervalued opportunities and transforming them into stable, high-performing rental and ownership assets valued at more than $1 billion.

Woodside’s strategy focuses on disciplined, under-leveraged acquisition; targeted capital improvements; and full “cradle-to-completion” control of the development lifecycle.
